International Music Festival Immling - Die Zauberflöte - QUEEN OF THE NIGHT
Maria Kublashvili from Georgia is a brilliant Queen of the Night with flashing staccati unto impeccable high peaks. Her triplets in the "revenge" aria are outstandingly precise. Seldom this aria is heard in such a perfect form. Also her expression shows dramatic verve.
Also Maria Kublashvili truely earned the applause. Her Queen of the night is pleasently un-diva-like, who souvereignly dashes her coloraturas into the room.
Open Air Graz-Mautern - Rigoletto - GILDA
Particularly worth mentioning Maria Kublashvili, who sang an excellent Gilda.
